(OTCQB: MDBX) (www.medbox.com), a leader in providing consulting services and patented medicine storage and dispensing systems to the medical and retail industries, today announced that effective with the opening of the market on Thursday, April 3, 2014, the company's common stock will be traded on the OTCQB® tier of the OTC markets.
The stock will continue to trade under the ticker symbol "MDBX".
The OTCQB® marketplace offers informed trading for securities for smaller or developing companies that are reporting and are current in disclosures to a U.S. regulator (SEC, Bank, or Insurance).
