Mill Creek Breaks Ground on Second Phase of Modera Mosaic

The second phase will add 222 luxury apartment homes to the mixed-use community, which is one of the centerpieces of the Mosaic District, a 31-acre urban development, home to 2 million square feet of retail, restaurant, office, hotel and residential space. The first phase of Modera Mosaic, which began lease-up in July 2015, added 251 apartment homes to one of the nation's most affluent, highly educated counties.
