Mill Point Capital Completes Sale of Atlantix Global Systems LLC
NEW YORK, Aug. 28, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Mill Point Capital, a private equity firm focused on control-oriented investments in IT services, business services and industrial companies throughout North America, today announced the sale of Atlantix Global Systems LLC, a leading reseller of reconfigured and refurbished IT and telecom equipment. Details of the transaction were not disclosed.
