Mobile Leaders ClicksMob and AppGrade Announce Merger

ClicksMob, the leading mobile performance platform, today announced its merger with AppGrade, which specializes in video monetization for mobile. The merger will bring significant advances to ClicksMob's technology and will enable ClicksMob to enhance its mobile performance marketing offering by utilizing AppGrade's innovative video monetization SDK platform.

As part of the merger, Avishay Shoushan, Founder and CEO of AppGrade, will be appointed CEO of the newly merged company. ClicksMob CEO Chen Yahav Levanon will be appointed President of the newly Merged Company.
