Motorola Mobility Acquires SunUp Digital Systems

LIBERTYVILLE, Ill., May 10, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Motorola Mobility, Inc. (NYSE: MMI) today announced that it has acquired SunUp Digital Systems, a software provider based in Santa Clara, California. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
