Mount Lucas U.S. Focused Equity Fund Receives Five-Star Overall Morningstar Rating™ Based on Risk-Adjusted Returns

NEWTOWN, Pa., Sept. 23, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Mount Lucas Management ("Mount Lucas"), a globally diversified multi-asset investment firm, is pleased to announce that the Mount Lucas U.S. Focused Equity Fund, Class I (BMLEX) has earned a Five-Star Morningstar Rating™ overall and for the five-year period ending August 31, 2014. The ratings are derived from a weighted average of the Fund's three- and five-year track record, based on risk-adjusted returns. The fund was rated among 1,086 and 958 funds from Morningstar's "Large Value" category over three and five years, respectively.

Mount Lucas launched its MLM Focused Equity™ strategy in 2000 to meet investor demand for targeted equity offerings. The strategy employs a proprietary process that selects a concentrated portfolio of value-oriented stocks twice a year from the S&P 500.
