National Family Solutions Launches Revolutionary Online Client Management System

SANTA BARBARA, Calif., Feb. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- After 14 months of development, National Family Solutions has finally launched their revolutionary Online Client Management System (OCMS). This new system was created for the purpose of giving clients an easy-to-use, effective solution to their family law issues.

At the appropriate stage in each case, the client's file is assigned in the OCMS to a qualified member of the nationwide staff to be completed. Throughout the entire process their clients are able to monitor their case from any computer and work with the National Family Solutions staff without ever leaving their home.

Development of their new OCMS required National Family Solutions to team up with Verdant Information Technology, a Santa Barbara-based firm, specializing in Microsoft .NET Framework and SQL platforms to create web-based, database-driven applications for small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs). "It was great to work with NFS on a system we knew was going to give them the ability to really help the families that need it most," said Christopher Monsma, owner and CTO of Verdant IT. National Family Solutions, also being environmentally conscious, made efforts to design aspects of their OCMS to help limit their carbon footprint, in an industry typically riddled with stacks of paperwork. As well as taking advantage of paperless fax, their clients are able to login and upload all of their original court documents to their personal online account.
