NatureWell Acquires Brazil Interactive Media, Inc.

SAO PAULO, March 26, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- NatureWell Incorporated (OTC Pink: NAWL) today announced that through its wholly-owned subsidiary, BIMI Acquisition Corp., it acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of common stock of Brazil Interactive Media, Inc.  Pursuant to terms of the merger agreement, NatureWell will be renamed "Brazil Interactive Media, Inc." NatureWell and Brazil Interactive Media were assisted in the transaction by Dutchess Capital and Brazilian Investment Group.
