NEW YORK, Jan. 21, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Society for Dermatologic Surgery reported there were over four million such procedures performed in their annual 2017 survey. More minimally invasive procedures are being performed than big facial cosmetic surgeries. There are many reasons for this, ranging from time restraints to the cost of procedures. 

This has resulted in a market where people are offering procedures simply because of the money—even those whose medical training doesn't line up with these procedures. They're getting into it strictly for financial gain.
