No cash alternative is available. No model alternative is available. The prize draw is not available to Optical Express employees. The draws will be made as per the schedule outlined on www.opticalexpress.com and a winner will be selected from all those who attended a laser eye surgery consultation on the dates as indicated. The last draw will be made on Wednesday 5th January 2011. The winners will be notified by phone and e-mail.
