SANTA MONICA, Calif., Jan. 13, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Award-winning actor, producer and writer Owen Wilson lends his affable voice to a series of new broadcast spots for TrueCar, Inc. The campaign is aimed at promoting its mission of making the purchase process simple, fair and fun for modern consumers, especially millennials.
Wilson made his acting debut in the highly acclaimed feature Bottle Rocket (1996), which he also co-wrote. Additionally, Wilson earned co-writing credits on Rushmore (1998) and The Royal Tenenbaums (2001), for which he shared an Academy Award nomination for Best Original Screenplay. Wilson is currently starring in Night at the Museum 3.
