OwnZones Media Network, Inc. Closes Initial Round of Funding

REDMOND, Wash., March 21, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- OwnZones Media Network, Inc. announced today the completion of a $500,000 initial round of funding.

This capitalization will support the company's efforts to further develop and refine its digital content delivery and subscription platform/utility and to conduct market tests. OwnZones is launching the first of four trials with a "go-live" release in January, 2012. Additionally, OwnZones is currently in final stage negotiations with a wide variety of leading print and video content publishers to enhance and broaden its current content offerings. Over the last several months, OwnZones has bolstered its Advisory Board to include luminaries from the software, cable and entertainment industries.
