PA Human Relations Commission Dismisses Racial Discrimination Complaint Against Montgomery County Cable Provider
HARRISBURG, Pa., Jan. 26 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission issued an order today dismissing a racial discrimination complaint filed by Dana Garner of Deptford, New Jersey, against his former employer, Comcast of Willow Grove Inc., located in Montgomery County.
Garner filed a complaint alleging that the company had discharged him because of his race, African-American. After a public hearing on the matter, the commission found that Garner had not produced sufficient evidence to support his claim.
