Pairtrade Finder™ Acquired by Event Driven Investor Research LLC, Owner of Spin-Off Investor

JACKSON, Wyo., and BRISBANE, Australia, Feb. 23, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Event Driven Investor Research LLC ("EDIR"), owner of Spin-Off Investor (www.spinoffinvestor.com), and Trading Software Pty Ltd ("TSP") of Brisbane, Australia announced today the conclusion of a definitive agreement for EDIR to acquire the assets of Pairtrade Finder™ (www.pairtradefinder.com).  TSP's founder, Jared Mann, will remain a consultant to EDIR with a vested interest to assist with transition.
