Paradigm Resource Management Corporation appoints Daniel Otazo, CFA, as Chief Financial Officer and interim CEO
SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Paradigm Resource Management Corporation (OTCBB: PRDC) ("Paradigm Resource" or the "Company"), a diversified asset management company with focus in the commodities, real estate and technology sectors, announced today the appointment of Daniel Otazo as Chief Financial Officer. As the company is repositioning its strategy forward, Mr. Otazo will also assume the position of interim Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Otazo brings over 15 years of professional experience in the financial services sector, particularly in the areas of Investment Management and Corporate Banking. He worked as a management consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Germany, Switzerland and Spain and assumed senior executive positions in several banks in South and Central America, including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Risk Officer, Chairman of the Investment Committee, and Vice President of Finance and Controlling. Mr. Otazo has a degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences Konstanz, Germany and an MBA from the University of Edinburgh, United Kingdom. He is also holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst designation (CFA).
