Pinnacle Data Systems Acquires DataBill

BIRMINGHAM, Ala., July 1, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Pinnacle Data Systems, L.L.C., a leader in the transactional print/mail and digital solutions industry, today announced the successful completion of the acquisition of certain assets, including customer relationships, of Arizona-based DataBill. DataBill offers products and services associated with transactional mail production. This acquisition is another step in Pinnacle Data Systems' strategic efforts to continually strengthen its nationwide mail distribution capabilities and the value that drives to its customers' cash flow.  Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
