Board of Advisors members are Karenann Terrell, former CIO of Walmart; Denise Broady, CMO, Workforce Software and former SVP of Marketing at SAP; and Andrea Weiss, Co-Founder of O Alliance, a retail digital transformation consultancy, and former President of retail at GUESS.

Karenann Terrell is former Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Walmart Stores, Inc. where she had responsibility for the largest segments of the global Walmart Technology portfolio including Information Systems Division (ISD) and Global Back Office Solutions. Under her leadership, more than 5,000 world class Walmart technologists supported over 11,000 retail stores and membership clubs worldwide. Terrell led a global team that develops innovative technology solutions that are integrating the digital and physical shopping experiences. Prior to joining the company, Terrell served as CIO of Baxter International, Inc., and previously, CIO of the Chrysler Group and Mercedes Benz North America.
Denise Broady is Chief Marketing Officer of Workforce Software where she oversees the global marketing organization with responsibilities from brand to demand. Previously, Broady held multiple executive positions at SAP including Senior Vice President of Marketing and Global COO of the Industry Cloud organization where she ran strategy, marketing, communications and operations. With over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing for technology, she has successfully launched new products, worked with developing markets, scaled global organizations, implemented integrated marketing communication plans and enabled business development. She is also a two-time published author on Risk and Compliance, Performance Management and Business Intelligence: GRC for Dummies (2008) and Driven to Perform (2009).
Andrea Weiss has 30 years of retail expertise with some of the world's foremost retailers and is considered among early innovators in Retail.
