LARKSPUR, Calif., Feb. 18, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Richard F. Aster, Jr., President of Aster Investment Management Company, Inc. and portfolio manager of Meridian Fund, Inc. died Thursday, February 16, 2012. He was 71.
