RightCare Solutions Raises $1.75M Series A Financing Round

PHILADELPHIA, Oct. 10, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- RightCare Solutions, Inc., an evidence-based technology organization specializing in hospital discharge planning and readmission management, today announced it has secured Series A venture capital financing, led by Compass Partners, LLC and Domain Associates, LLC. The new funding will permit RightCare to further develop its unique Discharge Decision Support System Platform and expand early market adoption.
