John Royer is a principal of the firm and brings nearly 25 years of business and corporate law experience to his clients, for whom he frequently serves as outside general counsel.  John focuses his practice primarily on business and corporate law transactions and counseling for emerging growth and middle market technology and life science companies and investors.  John began his career with Pepper Hamilton LLP and served as the co-chair of Saul Ewing LLP's technology, emerging company and venture capital practice group, as well as serving as general counsel for two technology companies in between.

Neil Cooper is a principal of the firm and focuses his practice primarily on business and corporate law matters, effectively serving as outside general counsel to many of his clients in the technology and emerging growth spaces.  Neil has practiced for 17 years, with a wide range of experience, including beginning his career at Morgan, Lewis, serving as General Counsel of EXE Technologies, a Nasdaq listed, public software company, and previously founding his own law firm. Neil was named to the Philadelphia SmartCEO Legal Elite list in 2010. 

Barry Cohen is a principal of the firm and is widely recognized as a leading commercial and intellectual property litigator, with a practice increasingly national in scope, concentrating in the areas of business and intellectual property litigation, including employment law and trade secret cases.   In 2009 - 2012, Barry was selected by Law and Politics as one of Pennsylvania's SUPER LAWYERS and in 2012 was listed as a Top 100 Attorney in Pennsylvania.  His recognized expertise has been tapped by CNBC, which has called upon him several times to serve as a commentator on current legal issues.

Roger Braunfeld is a principal of the firm and combines business and corporate law experience for his clients, focusing on financing and development strategies and transactions for emerging growth companies and the investors who support them.  Roger was recognized by the Philadelphia Business Journal as one of the "40 Under 40", voted in the MS Leadership Class, and designated a Pennsylvania Rising Star Attorney multiple times early in his law career.
