Salesforce.com Announces Cloudforce New York, the Largest Social Enterprise Event on the East Coast

SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 23, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Salesforce.com (NYSE: CRM), the enterprise cloud computing (http://www.salesforce.com/cloudcomputing) company, today announced Cloudforce New York, the largest social enterprise event on the East Coast, held Nov. 30 at the Javits Convention Center in New York City. Chairman and CEO Marc Benioff will deliver the keynote on the shift to the social enterprise and will be joined on stage by Burberry CEO Angela Ahrendts. More than 10,000 people are expected to register and learn how they can transform their companies into social enterprises with social, mobile and open cloud computing. • 8:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. & 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.: Letter Writing to help students develop their writing skills and penmanship while also helping them learn to express their inner voice.
• 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.: Backpack Build to help local children achieve their educational goals by building backpacks for students that are filled with resources such as pencils, folders and dictionaries.
