The acquisitions position Sanare as a major player in the diabetes care industry, consolidating a patient base of over 160,000 and strengthening relationships with key Health Insurance Organizations. In addition, Sanare interacts with 80,000 physicians. "Sanare was founded based on three guiding principles," said Dr. Ron Geraty, the company's CEO.
