Santia Consulting Ltd Completes its First Acquisition

Santia Consulting Ltd, the UK's leading independent health, safety and environmental risk management consultancy, today announced that it has completed its acquisition of First Order Red, a provider of asbestos management services.

First Order Red, based in Mansfield, is an asbestos management business offering a range of asbestos management solutions from asbestos management plans, through air monitoring and surveys through to testing and the management of asbestos removal. The company has a strong reputation in the Midlands and longstanding and successful client relationships, particularly in the education sector.

Backed by independent equity firm Better Capital, the deal marks Santia's first acquisition and is an important part of the company's profitable growth. Integrating the two businesses will expand and strengthen Santia's existing asbestos management capability which forms a key element of their enviable reputation and range of independent services across all of the health and safety disciplines.
