FRANKLIN, Tenn., June 27, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- On April 1, 2013 Satuit Funds Management, LLC, announced the launch two U.S domestic focused equity mutual fund strategies: Satuit Capital U.S. Small Cap Fund (SATSX) and Satuit Capital U.S. SMID Cap Fund (SATDX).

SATSX seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its assets in a diversified portfolio of U.S. common stocks of small cap companies exhibiting strong fundamentals and selling at reasonable valuations. The Adviser considers a company to be a small cap company when its market capitalization, at the time of purchase, is within the range of market capitalizations of those companies comprising the Russell 2000 Index (R2000). 

SATDX seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its assets in a diversified portfolio of U.S. common stocks of SMID cap companies exhibiting strong fundamentals as well as selling at reasonable valuations.  The Adviser considers a company to be a SMID cap company when its market capitalization, at the time of purchase, is within the range of market capitalizations of those companies comprising the Russell 2500 Index (R2500).
