Selima Adopts Cloud-Based Services

CHESSINGTON, England, March 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Selima, a provider of HR software solutions to the public sector, has signed a new multi-year agreement with the hosted managed service provider, the Cloud Computing Centre, http://www.cloudcomputingcentre.co.uk, to provide Cloud-based services to host and manage its customers' payroll, HR and expense management software in a secure Cloud.

Selima chose to work with the Cloud Computing Centre based on its ability to provide a fully secure, hosted managed service offering for its customers. Selima specialises in offering solutions for the human resource department, covering the areas of HR, payroll and expense management. The company was purchased last year by PremierEnvoy (provider of expense management solutions) to manage its software and service offerings from offices in Manchester, Sheffield and London. The company specialises in providing solutions to the public sector, with a number of large public sector customers including the Royal Borough of Kingston and Rhondda Cynon Taf, as well as a number of clients in the private sector, such as NG Bailey.

Previously Selima used a traditional hosting service where hardware was purchased, put in racks within a data centre, with Selima managing the entire process.
