About Bradley D. Belt

Brad is a senior managing director at the Milken Institute, based in Washington, D.C.  Previously, he co-founded Palisades Capital, a boutique restructuring advisory and investment firm, and was the Executive Director of the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp. As the chief executive officer of the PBGC, Brad was responsible for the operations and management of a $50 billion investment portfolio. Earlier in his career, he served in senior roles at the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Senate Committee on Banking, and the Housing and Urban Affairs. Brad received a degree in economics from the University of Nebraska, a law degree from Georgetown University, and completed a senior executive program at Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government.
