SpectiCast Entertainment to Acquire Rising Alternative
PHILADELPHIA, June 20, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Philadelphia-based Event Cinema distributor SpectiCast Entertainment has announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire Rising Alternative.
The acquisition aligns with SpectiCast's strategy of expanding in key international territories, while adding to its portfolio of high-quality programs for both domestic and international distribution.
