LOS ANGELES, Dec. 20, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- To help shoppers who still haven't finished holiday gift shopping, GoBankingRates.com released a guide to stores open on Christmas Day. The report also includes a list of stores with extended Christmas Eve hours and the top retailers closed on Christmas Day, saving shoppers an unnecessary trip.
"Unfortunately, the pickings will be slim for those who are waiting until the last minute to finish shopping, as very few stores are open on Christmas Day," said GoBankingRates.com reporter Amanda Garcia. "If you have specific gifts in mind for your loved ones, you likely won't be able to find them at the retailers whose doors remain open through the holiday."
