Structural Firm Haynes Whaley Joins Global Infrastructure Company Cardno

HOUSTON, Oct. 9, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Haynes Whaley Associates, a 93-person structural engineering firm, has merged with Cardno, an 8,000 person professional infrastructure and environmental services company with expertise in the development and improvement of physical and social infrastructure for communities around the world.
