As part of the company's overall dedication to educate the local community on the importance of healthy joints and staying active, Stryker is collaborating with City Putt to engage with the local community through complimentary rounds of miniature golf on April 26th from 10:00am to 4:00pm.
As part of the experience, PGA TOUR Champions golfer and Stryker brand ambassador, Fred Funk will be stopping by to join in on the fun and share his experience of dealing with joint pain and undergoing total knee replacement. In addition, Stryker will be offering consumers the chance to win tickets to attend the Zurich Classic of New Orleans later in the week, as well as a trip to TPC® Sawgrass to play a round of golf with Funk.1,2
Starting Thursday, Stryker will once again bring its premiere tournament activation, the Stryker Mobility Zone, to the Zurich Classic of New Orleans with its new offering for 2016: the Stryker Challenge. Featuring a series of golf-inspired activities, the Stryker Challenge is designed to address questions specifically related to joint health, mobility and golf in a fun and interactive way. As an added incentive to participate, fans who complete the Stryker Challenge also have the opportunity to enter for the chance to win a trip for two to TPC® Sawgrass to play alongside former PLAYERS Championship winners and longtime Stryker ambassadors, Funk and Hal Sutton.
