StyleHaul Closes Series A Funding

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 2, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- StyleHaul Inc., the first global online video network dedicated to the next generation of fashion and beauty, has announced the closure of a $4.4 million series A financing round led by RezVen Partners.

StyleHaul integrates technology and fashion to create an inaugural space within the YouTube platform.  The network is an online fashion and beauty resource, with viewers regularly enjoying original content from StyleHaul's "gurus" and contributors at a rate of 120 million views and nearly 25 million monthly unique viewers.  The company enjoys a uniquely close dialog with its demographic and key end-users, boasting more than 14 million network subscribers.

StyleHaul has a loyal following that has grown exponentially since being founded in February 2011 by Stephanie Horbaczewski, and the team behind Machinima: Allen DeBevoise and Aaron DeBevoise.  "StyleHaul has been such a fast-moving adventure.
