Swank Capital Announces Changes to The Cushing® 30 MLP Index

DALLAS, Feb. 10, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Swank Capital, LLC and Cushing MLP Asset Management, LP announced today that Targa Resources Corp. (NYSE: TRGP) will replace Penn Virginia GP Holdings, L.P. (NYSE: PVG) after the close of trading on Wednesday, February 16, 2011 subject to the merger approval by a majority vote of the outstanding limited partnership units of Penn Virginia Resource Partners, L.P. (NYSE: PVR) and limited partnership units of Penn Virginia GP Holdings, L.P. to be held on February 16, 2011.

Targa Resources Corp. owns the general partner interest, incentive distribution rights and a significant limited partner interest in Targa Resources Partners, L.P. (NYSE: NGLS).  Targa Resources Partners, L.P. is a MLP involved in the midstream natural gas and natural gas liquids services.
