Tanger Outlets at Foxwoods to Host Job Fair Next Month

MASHANTUCKET, Conn., Feb. 18, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, Inc. (NYSE: SKT) announced today that it will host a job fair on March 19, 2015, to hire more than 900 employees for the new Tanger Outlets at Foxwoods Resort Casino, which is scheduled to open on May 21, 2015.  Held in the Premier Ballroom at Foxwoods Resort Casino from 2:00pm to 8:00pm the job fair will seek to employ full and part-time team members for the over 80 branded and designer outlet retailers that will make up the new Tanger Outlets at Foxwoods Resort Casino. This includes American Eagle Outfitters, Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, Brooks Brothers, Calvin Klein, Coach, Fossil, Gap, H&M, J. Crew, LOFT, Michael Kors, Nike, Skechers, Steve Madden, Talbots, Tommy Hilfiger and many more.

The over $125 million project is already having a positive economic impact on the area through the creation of more than 400 jobs during the construction phase. Once complete, Tanger Outlets at Foxwoods Resort Casino will create an estimated $10.4 million in annual sales tax. Construction on the new 300,000-square-foot Tanger Outlets at Foxwoods Resort Casino began in September 2013.

Guests will be able to enter Tanger Outlets at Foxwoods Resort Casino from two indoor entrances including one from the Grand Pequot Hotel and the other from the Fox Tower. The services and amenities available at the center will offer loyal Foxwoods customers, team members and residents more reasons to play and stay when visiting North America's largest resort casino in southeastern Connecticut.
