TASC and Azimuth Reaffirm Partnership in NASA Mentor-Protege Program

CHANTILLY, Va., Jan. 20, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- As part of the NASA Mentor-Protege Program, TASC, Inc. is working with Azimuth, Inc. to strengthen the company's engineering and business development capabilities for NASA and help grow its government customer base.  TASC and Azimuth, a service-disabled veteran-owned small business, have focused their partnership on the independent verification and validation of spacecraft, launch vehicles and ground systems for the NASA IV&V program in Fairmont, WV.

The NASA Mentor-Protege Program encourages NASA prime contractors to assist eligible proteges in enhancing their capabilities to perform NASA contracts and subcontracts.  NASA approved TASC as a mentor in May 2009, and TASC and Azimuth signed the mentor-protege agreement in September.
