(OTC PINK: OTOW), is pleased to announce that the company is in its final stages of preparing for the completion of the acquisition of Technologies Argus First de Mexico S.A de C.V., who is a premier service provider to the telecom industry in Mexico for over 13 years. Once the acquisition is fully completed, O2 Secure Wireless will begin the up-listing process to the OTCBB exchange for the benefit of its shareholders and the growth and expansion of its holdings, projects and as a part of the Technologies Argus acquisition.
