Hosted by Georgia Tech's Global Learning Center in Atlanta, GA, TUC featured dozens of presentations by institutions and instructors from around the nation, as well as Tegrity executives, about transforming higher education pedagogy and fulfilling the institutional mission through lecture capture solutions.

Presented at the historic Fox Theatre in Atlanta on April 14, Tegrity's Customer Appreciation Awards were presented to those individuals and institutions that have championed the adoption of lecture capture at their campuses and showed passion and innovation in maximizing the benefits of Tegrity.
The winners of the 2011 Tegrity Customer Appreciation Awards include:
- The University of Missouri–Columbia received the Student Achievement Award for outstanding overall success in implementing Tegrity's lecture capture solution, logging the largest numbers of online views (226,622), the largest number of viewing users (31,938), and the second greatest duration of online views (92,857).
- Arkansas Tech University received the Rapid Response Award, also known as the "fastest launch," for ramping up use of Tegrity on campus in the shortest period of time. In the seven months since becoming a Tegrity customer, Arkansas Tech University has had 92 users create 1,044 recordings, and 2,545 users log 9,624 online views, totaling over 2,671 hours.
- Dr. Cable Green, Director of eLearning & Open Education for the Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges (SBCTC) received the President Award for demonstrating exemplary vision and leadership through successful implementation of Tegrity across 32 regional campuses.
- Dr. Danna Vessel, Director of Educational Technologies at University of Missouri-Columbia received the Provost Award, given to a senior academic leader who has advocated Tegrity adoption campus-wide, achieving an exceptional degree of instructor usage during the past year.
- Dr. Andrew Wright of the University of Louisville accepted the Shared Vision Award, an honor given to an institution that has provided Tegrity access to every faculty member and student across campus. During the past one and a half years, Tegrity has been used in almost 570 courses in almost seventy disciplines at the University of Louisville.
- Mark Staples, Academic Technology Services Director, Northeastern University received the Innovator Award for serving as a true catalyst and acknowledged champion, and for finding innovative uses, including to support the University's student athletes, for Tegrity on campus.
- Jim Millard, Senior Instructional Technologist, Saint Michael's College in Vermont accepted the Customer Champion Award for consistently presenting the "voice of the customer" throughout the previous year, contributing time and expertise to influence and enhance the quality of Tegrity offerings.
- Chris Mizell, instructor at Northwest Florida State College, accepted the Faculty Champion Award, honoring an individual at a Tegrity client institution making a significant impact in inspiring other instructors to use Tegrity and thereby positively impacting student success. Mr. Mizell, also known as "TegrityGuy," on YouTube, has been a mathematics professor at Northwest Florida State College in Niceville, FL for the last twelve years.
Certificates of Achievement were also awarded to the institutions marking the highest number of new Tegrity recordings and online views, and logging the longest durations of new recordings and online views.
