The French Culinary Institute of California Announces Special New York Opportunity for Students Enrolled in May 2011 Classic Culinary Arts Classes

CAMPBELL, Calif., April 11, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The French Culinary Institute of California (The FCI), located at The International Culinary Center, today announced students who enroll and complete the Classic Culinary Arts Program at the California campus beginning May 2 (evening) or May 17 (daytime) will receive an all-expense paid trip to New York City, one of the most exciting culinary destinations in the world, and the founding location of The French Culinary Institute.
