Tireweb Marketing Launches New Online Magazine for U.S. Tire Businesses

Launching the website today at the auto industry's premier gathering, SEMA Show in Las Vegas, Tireweb Marketing Managing Director Matthew Walker says the new platform will publish news and information tire business owners and their employees need to run a successful tire business in the U.S. and Canada. Publishing daily, www.tractionnews.com will focus on product information, business advice, industry events and original research.    

"Our platform has been traditionally an e-commerce platform for manufacturers, wholesalers and dealers to sell online. We wanted to move away from being just an e-commerce platform that people log onto to buy and sell tires, to a place where we can keep our dealers informed and provide them with a bit more value and reasons to stay on our website," Walker says.

Traction News will cover everything from new product releases and industry developments, to ways dealers can improve their business, like marketing advice or how to run their financial systems better. It will also keep dealers up-to-date on anything that might affect their business, like regulatory changes.
