Transcend United Technologies Launched

PHILADELPHIA, Feb. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Transcend United Technologies announced today that it has begun operations as a consolidated organization.  Transcend United was formed by the merger of Fastech Integrated Solutions, Aserdiv, Inc, Ixilix, and Transcend Communications Inc. in November, 2009.  The combined Transcend United organization offers a complete suite of IT and telecom solutions and expects 2010 revenues to exceed $30 million.

Transcend United is the largest regional reseller of Shoretel VoIP telephony and unified communications equipment in the US.  Transcend United is also a leader in Riverbed WAN optimization, wireless networking solutions, and data center management tools.  The company has operations in New England, the Mid-Atlantic, and the Midwest, with customers in 35 states and approximately 40 countries.
