Trigger Finance and TradeIt announce FX Trading via FOREX.com on Trigger's Mobile App

NEW YORK, June 13, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Trigger Finance, Inc, a mobile app for creating custom rules-based triggers on financial markets, has teamed up with TradeIt, Inc, a brokerage technology provider, to allow currency traders to connect FX portfolios and place trades from the Trigger Finance mobile app.

After Trigger's CEO, Rachel Mayer, quit her job as a professional FX trader, she was disappointed with the lack of data-driven tools for Main Street investors. Trigger is attempting to fill this void with an app that lets users set custom triggers on real-time market movements. Trigger and TradeIt first partnered last year to enable equity broker connectivity. The partnership led to Trigger's users linking over $1 Billion in assets to the platform.

Since then, the app's most popular triggers have been macroeconomic events, strong influencers of FX markets. "We are excited to offer retail FX traders the same technology I had on Wall Street, for free and in the palm of their hand," said Rachel Mayer, Co-Founder and CEO of Trigger. "Our natural-language rules that trigger on the Fed, Trump's tweets and so much more will encourage more automation and discipline for FX traders on the go."
