U.S. Government Accountability Office Selects entellitrak® to Support Criminal Investigations

WASHINGTON, Sept. 4, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) has selected MicroPact Inc., the global leader in Data-First™ Case Management and Business Process Management (BPM) software, to deploy entellitrak as the Criminal Investigative Case Management Platform for the Forensic Audits and Investigative Service (FAIS).

GAO's FAIS provides the U.S. Congress with high-quality forensic audits and investigations of fraud, waste, and abuse, as well as other special investigations and security and vulnerability assessments for federal agencies including the Internal Revenue Service, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, the Department of Veteran Affairs and the Department of Homeland Security.

The implementation of the system will standardize the investigative process and provide transparency and support to FAIS and GAO.
