USr Healthcare Named 'Best Staffing Firm to Work For' by Staffing Industry Analysts
Anonymous surveys about workplace lead to national award for Brentwood company
BRENTWOOD, Tenn., March 7, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- USr Healthcare has been named "Best Staffing Firm to Work For" in the United States among firms with 51-200 employees.
Staffing Industry Analysts, the leading research and analysis firm covering the contingent workforce, and Staffing Industry Review Magazine sponsor the award, which was announced at the Staffing Industry Analysts Executive Forum, March 1-3 in Miami.
The award is based on a survey conducted in conjunction with Quantum Workplace, an independent research firm that specializes in employee engagement. Quantum Workplace anonymously surveyed USr Healthcare employees in a variety of categories to determine its desirability as an employer.
"Receiving the 'Best Staffing Firm to Work For' recognition is truly an honor. It inspires a continued focus to the principles on which USr Healthcare was founded," said USr Healthcare President Mark Dixon.
"USr is proud to have a culture that cultivates innovation, respect and success. We believe in providing a workplace where our employees feel valued and where they can excel. This award is a testament to the dynamic employees who help make USr one of the country's premier staffing firms," he continued.
USr Healthcare previously was recognized by the Nashville Business Journal as the "Best Place to Work" across all industries in 2008 and has been named the Nashville Business Journal's "Top Staffing Firm" for eight consecutive years.
