(NYSE: MTN) announced today that all Vail Resorts Epic Pass™ holders including new and renewing Epic Pass purchasers for the 2010-2011 ski and snowboard season can now continue their epic winter season through the summer - in the Southern Hemisphere - with free and unrestricted skiing and snowboarding at Las Lenas Resort in Argentina when staying at select hotel properties in Las Lenas.

The Epic Pass is back for its third season and provides unlimited, unrestricted access to six world-class resorts including Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone and Heavenly, as well as Arapahoe Basin for a price of $599 adult and $299 child (ages 5 to 12). Now, all Epic Pass holders can receive free and unrestricted skiing from June through October of 2010 and 2011 at Las Lenas during their stay at a qualifying Las Lenas hotel. Prices on the Epic Pass are guaranteed through May 31, 2010 and purchasers can put $49 down now with the remainder due in mid-September.
