Veterans First and Bascom Group Partner to Serve Thanksgiving Dinner to 150 of Orange County's Homeless Veterans

SANTA ANA, Calif., Nov. 18, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- As the holiday season approaches, the Bascom group has partnered with Veterans First to provide a wonderful Thanksgiving meal for approximately 150 of Orange County's homeless veterans on Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2011 from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at the Veterans First Service Center, located at 1540 E. Edinger Ave. in Santa Ana, Calif.

These veterans will be treated to a traditional Thanksgiving dinner with all the trimmings with the meats being generously provided by Beach Pit BBQ of Costa Mesa, Calif. "Beach Pit BBQ is proud to be working with Bascom and Veterans First to provide our smoked turkey and hams to feed the Veterans a first class Thanksgiving meal," said Tim DeCinces founder of Beach Pit BBQ. Employees of the Bascom group will be volunteering their time to serve our veterans as a thank you to their service to our nation.
