Washington Selects MJ Freeway to Implement Seed-to-Sale Cannabis Tracking System, the Third State to Adopt MJ Freeway's Platform
DENVER, June 13, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- MJ Freeway, the cannabis industry's leading provider of seed-to-sale traceability solutions, has been named the Apparent Successful Vendor (ASV) from The Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (WSLCB) to implement Leaf Data Systems™ – a secure, web-based regulatory platform developed by MJ Freeway to enable governments to effectively and efficiently monitor compliance by licensed cannabis businesses.
In 2010 MJ Freeway pioneered seed-to-sale cannabis tracking – the model on which Leaf Data Systems is based – and the Company now provides tracking technology to cannabis businesses in every regulated market in the United States, Canada, Europe, South America, and Australia. The Leaf Data Systems platform has already been selected by the State of Nevada and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as their cannabis track-and-trace systems.
