WebRadar receives investments from Citrix and Intel Capital
RIO DE JANEIRO, Oct. 31, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- WebRadar, a Brazilian company offering Big Data and Operational Intelligence solutions for the Telecom, Transportation, and Energy verticals today announced a new round of equity financing led by Citrix, with participation from existing investor Intel Capital, Intel's global investment and M&A organization. The investment marks the first for Citrix in both Brazil and Latin America.

WebRadar's cloud-based Big Data Platform employs advanced algorithms and neural network-based software solutions to provide its customers greater operational efficiency, improved service quality, and to streamline operational and business decision making. WebRadar, working with both Citrix and Intel Capital, will use the proceeds of this financing to accelerate its international expansion and increase its Research & Development efforts. This data is processed by WebRadar's Big Data platform and delivered to customers in an intuitive, easy-to-understand format so that the information can be used quickly and efficiently to help make better informed decisions.
