On June 16, 2017, ACG New York and The M&A Advisor announced the winners of the 7th Annual ACG New York Champion's Awards held at the Metropolitan Club. This annual tribute recognizes and honors the leading middle-market transactions, firms and dealmakers within the local ACG community responsible for supporting middle-market growth in New York.
Wombat Capital received the Award in recognition of its achievement in the sale of PharmaCore to Cambrex. Wombat Capital Markets, LLC. advised PharmaCore, a privately-owned company specializing in developing, manufacturing and scaling up small molecule APIs for clinical phase projects, on its sale to Cambrex Corporation, a leading manufacturer of small molecule innovator and generic Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients. The transaction was closed on Friday, October 7, 2016.
