World of Warcraft and Diablo III Producer Alex Mayberry Joins Cognitive Code
SHERMAN OAKS, Calif., Oct. 12, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Cognitive Code™ Corporation, a technology company specializing in the development and deployment of practical conversational artificial intelligence systems, today announced that Alex Mayberry has been named Cognitive Code's Chief Product Officer. Alex will be responsible for developing overall product strategy and leading the evolution of SILVIA-based consumer products to forward the company's vision of artificial intelligence as an integrated part of the user experience.
The move will enable Cognitive Code to further accelerate its rate of disruptive technical innovation and product delivery during a time of rapid new customer adoption and company growth. SILVIA is a cross-platform system for developing and deploying conversationally intelligent applications. Unlike other voice solutions, Cognitive Code's SILVIA can be deployed in compact and secure environments, and includes native unconnected operation on mobile devices and embedded systems.

Mayberry, who spent nearly a decade as a key member at Blizzard Entertainment, was Senior Producer on three World of Warcraft expansions, as well as Lead Producer of the Diablo 3 franchise. Prior to joining Cognitive Code, he was employed as the Executive Producer of Star Citizen for Cloud Imperium Games.
