The addition of Cambron Credentials' services will make IntelliSoft the only credentialing company to offer the complete range of credentialing resources, including a portfolio of credentialing products and services, payer enrollment, and contract management software. The IntelliSoft Group board of directors has unanimously approved the transaction, which occurred on November 2nd, 2010.
