NEW YORK, May 11, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- 15 Seconds of Fame (15SOF), the breakthrough social media company that delivers personalized video clips to fans at live events, is partnering with the Shaky Knees Music Festival, an annual three-day event held in Atlanta's Centennial Olympic Park, for this year's performances from May 12-14.
Festival attendees who appear on the videoboards near the main Peachtree Stage during musical performances will be able to receive their personal video moments by going to the 15SOF link in the Shaky Knees Festival App. Fans simply take a "selfie" at registration to have the video sent directly to their mobile device. Once festivalgoers have their video clip, they can share it across other social media platforms with the tap of a button.
Shaky Knees Music Festival is 15SOF's first major, multi-day music event. The app and social media platform has drawn significant attention for its rapid expansion in the sports world, including a recent deal to deliver fan TV moments from Major League Baseball game broadcasts. 15SOF has partnerships throughout MLB, NFL, NBA, NHL, and the NCAA, and its platform can be used for a variety of non-sports live-events, including concerts, camps, shows, and races.
Shaky Knees Music Festival, produced by C3 Presents, is widely considered one of the best music events in the nation, featuring more than 60 artists on three stages over three days, food trucks offering local and regional fare, and interactive on-site activations. Headline performances for the fifth anniversary event include: LCD Soundsystem, Cage the Elephant and Pixies on Friday; The XX, Nick Murphy and X Ambassadors on Saturday; and Phoenix, The Shins and Ryan Adams on Sunday.
